Commercial Analytics Manager, Marketing
London | £62,000 to £90,000 base plus 10 percent bonus | Hybrid, 1 day per week in office
This is a high impact analytics role within a fast growing, global healthcare business, offering real ownership over how marketing performance is measured and understood across multiple international markets. You will sit close to commercial decision making, shaping insight that directly influences growth, access and adoption.

They are a global healthcare and medical technology organisation operating a highly scalable, recurring revenue model. The business is experiencing rapid international growth, supported by increasing healthcare investment and reimbursement across Europe and beyond. Data and analytics are being elevated as a core capability, with a clear mandate to move from fragmented reporting to consistent, decision led insight.
The Role
*Own and develop marketing dashboards and KPIs used by commercial and marketing teams
*Partner closely with regional and country marketing teams to assess campaign performance and ROI
*Translate marketing activity into clear insight on downstream outcomes such as sales, adoption and access
*Analyse funnel performance, customer journeys and channel effectiveness across markets
*Support attribution style analysis to connect marketing investment to commercial impact
*Present insights back to senior stakeholders in a clear, concise and actionable way
*Help establish consistent metric definitions and reporting standards internationally
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong background in marketing or commercial analytics
*Hands on experience building dashboards and owning KPI frameworks
*Confident analysing campaign effectiveness, ROI and channel performance
*Comfortable working with SQL and modern BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
*Able to work with evolving or imperfect data and still deliver clear insight
*Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, medtech or pharma is beneficial
What They Offer
*Base salary of £62,000 to £85,000 depending on experience
*10 percent bonus target with strong upside through company multiplier
*Hybrid working with a light in office requirement
