Working with major consumer brands, they help businesses better understand their customers, personalise communications, and measure the real commercial impact of marketing activity. The organisation sits within a large international marketing group, offering exposure to enterprise scale clients and cross agency collaboration.
The Role
This role sits as a senior analytics partner to clients, leading conversations on marketing effectiveness and measurement, including Marketing Mix Modelling, without being responsible for building the models themselves. You will deliver hands-on customer and campaign analysis while confidently challenging MMM providers and translating complex analytics into clear, commercial insight for stakeholders.
*Act as a senior analytics partner across multiple client accounts, delivering insight on campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
*Lead client conversations on measurement, attribution, and marketing effectiveness, including Marketing Mix Modelling concepts and limitations
*Represent analytics capability in cross agency and group wide effectiveness discussions, providing informed challenge to external MMM providers
*Analyse large transactional, media, and customer datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and next best actions
*Evaluate audience targeting, engagement, and outcomes across digital campaigns, translating findings into clear recommendations
*Support wider client analytics projects such as customer segmentation, VIP identification, and post campaign analysis
*Work independently on analysis while collaborating closely with account, media, and product teams
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, effectiveness, or econometrics
*Deep understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling principles, including strengths, limitations, and appropriate use cases
*High level of statistical literacy, including randomised control trials, model uncertainty, and interpretation of results
*Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly and confidently to non technical stakeholders
*Experience working with customer and marketing analytics concepts such as attribution, lifetime value, churn, and campaign measurement
*Strong SQL capability and experience using a BI or data visualisation tool
*Comfortable working in a client facing, consultative environment, either agency side or client side
