Head of Onboarding (Pensions)

A leading and award-winning UK pensions provider with a focus on innovation, technology, and delivering strong outcomes for employers, trustees, and members is seeking an experienced Head of Onboarding to lead the transition and integration of new pension scheme clients.
This senior role will shape onboarding strategy, oversee complex transitions, and ensure high-quality delivery across data, risk transfer, and client experience.

What you’ll do:
*Lead onboarding strategy and transition delivery
*Manage complex, high-value pension scheme transitions end-to-end
*Act as the senior contact for clients, trustees, and advisers
*Oversee data migration, validation, and quality improvement
*Coordinate cross-functional teams (actuarial, legal, operations)
*Support risk transfer transactions (e.g. buy-outs, longevity swaps)

*Proven leadership and team development

*High quality Stakeholder management skills
*Advanced SQL & Excel
*Strong data and project management expertise
