Key Responsibilities*Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face contact
*Support customers with rent queries, payments, and arrears management
*Promote payment plans and maximise income collection through early intervention
*Identify vulnerable customers and signpost to appropriate support services
*Maintain accurate customer records and update systems in line with procedures
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes
*Ensure a professional, supportive, and solution-focused approach at all times
