Role responsibilities
*Receive and unload deliveries in accordance with site procedures
*Check incoming goods against delivery notes and purchase orders
*Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or quality issues and report discrepancies
*Accurately book goods into internal systems (ERP/WMS/manual logs as applicable)
*Label, store, and move stock to designated locations
*Maintain a clean, organised, and safe Goods In area
*Communicate effectively with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
*Follow health & safety procedures at all times, including manual handling guidelines
*Support stock checks and audits when required

Skills
*Previous experience in a Goods In, warehouse, or logistics environment
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Basic IT skills (e.g. data entry, warehouse systems)
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good communication skills
*Physically fit and capable of manual handling
*Forklift licence (Counterbalance / Reach)
