The role
• Lead delivery across multiple construction projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and consultants
• Manage and mentor junior surveyors
• Take ownership of project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Support business development and long-term client growth


What you’ll need
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Proven experience at Senior QS level
• Ability to run projects independently
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ideally working towards or already MRICS
