Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Sales Manager to take the lead securing new clients and managing existing ones for a full-service creative Marketing Agency. The new Sales Manager role will be a key driver to the future of the business, pushing the business forward you will have a dynamic sales ability, a "hunter" who can attract new clients and manage / expand current clients.
Working alongside both the Managing Director and Operations Manager, as well as with the account management team you will be a driven individual looking to progress their career as this will offer long term career development.
This role requires a proactive individual who can implement effective sales strategies, develop new client relationships, and work closely with the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Identify and develop new business opportunities within key markets
*Generate and convert new sales leads into profitable clients
*Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
*Produce regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
*Work closely with the creative team to plan and execute marketing campaigns for customers.
*Maintain a high standard of customer service and client engagement.
*Ensure effective follow-up on enquiries, quotations, and project opportunities.
Key Skills & Experience:
*Proven experience in a sales management role (Minimum of 4 years experience)
*Ideally experience or a strong interest in creative marketing and an understanding of what a marketing agency does
*Strong track record of delivering new business and revenue growth.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
*Self-motivated, driven, and target focused.
