Key Duties*Follow all health and safety procedures and company regulations.
*Operate and maintain factory machinery and equipment.
*Assemble products using hand and air tools.
*Inspect and test products to ensure they meet required specifications.
*Package and label goods for internal and external distribution.
*Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
*Support the optimisation of production processes.
Requirements*Previous experience in a factory or production environment is desirable.
*Experience using machinery, hand tools, or production equipment is advantageous.
*Strong work ethic with a reliable and conscientious approach.
*Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
