A welcoming and caring Primary School in Slough is looking for a Social & Emotional Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is a lovely opportunity for a graduate, Teaching Assistant, or someone with experience in pastoral care, SEN, behaviour support, or mental health support who wants to make a real difference every day.
This role would be perfect for someone with a background in psychology, education, youth work, counselling, or wellbeing support, or simply someone with a genuine interest in supporting children’s social and emotional development. Experience working with children is helpful, but above all, the school is looking for someone who is kind, patient, and approachable.
They are seeking a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Social & Emotional Support Assistant who enjoys building positive relationships and helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
