Job Description:
SRB Teacher - Caerphilly
We are currently seeking an experienced SRB Teacher to work within specialist resource bases in mainstream primary schools across Caerphilly.
As an SRB Teacher in Caerphilly, you will support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), working with children who may have diverse and complex needs.
We have flexible opportunities available, with roles ranging from 2 to 5 days per week. As an SRB Teacher in Caerphilly, you will play a vital role in helping pupils achieve their full potential through tailored support and high-quality teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to support ALN pupils
*Work collaboratively with support staff and SEN teams
*Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
*Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of complex needs
Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
*Enhanced DBS certificate
*Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
*Experience supporting pupils with ALN is highly desirable
