Key Responsibilities
As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inclusive lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress to ensure all learners achieve their potential
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable)
Demonstrate strong classroom management and organisational skills
Be passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners
Show a commitment to continuous professional development
Be a team player with excellent communication skills
