Key Responsibilities*Support pupils with SEND in the classroom and through targeted interventions
*Work closely with teachers and support staff to achieve individual learning plan targets
*Encourage pupil progress, independence, and confidence
*Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You*Essential: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
*Proven experience supporting children with SEND in a primary school setting
*Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
*Strong commitment to inclusive education and pupil development
