Team Assistant
Central London | Office-Based | £15-£18 p/h | Temp to Perm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, organised and proactive Team Assistant to join a fast-paced and collaborative office environment. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
The Role:*Acting as the first point of contact on reception, meeting and greeting visitors and managing calls
*Coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up and running smoothly
*Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating calls across the team
*Maintaining and updating CRM systems and Excel trackers, including pipeline data
*Organising business travel, including researching options, booking flights/hotels and preparing detailed itineraries
*Booking conferences, restaurants, taxis and couriers
*Supporting with presentations, including printing and binding materials
*Assisting with email campaigns and general administrative support
About You:*Strong IT skills across Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
*Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
*High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
*Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
*A team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude
