Key duties:
*Managing enquiries and registering potential tenants
*Carrying out property viewings and offering knowledgeable guidance
*Agreeing tenancy terms between landlords and applicants
*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
*Identifying new business opportunities to help expand the lettings portfolio
*Coordinating with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a seamless process
*Staying informed on current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Lettings Negotiator requirements:
*Proven experience within residential lettings
*Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
*Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
*Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
