The school is seeking a committed SEN TA to begin as soon as possible, becoming part of a supportive team that prioritises both the academic and personal development of every pupil. As an SEN TA, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
The Role
In this position, the SEN TA will work closely with teachers to deliver personalised support for children with Special Educational Needs. The successful SEN TA will help foster a nurturing classroom where pupils feel confident, supported, and ready to learn.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting tailored learning activities
*Working one-to-one and with small groups
*Modifying resources to suit individual needs
*Promoting independence and self-confidence
*Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external specialists
About You
You’ll be a compassionate and proactive SEN TA with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
