Reed Business Support is recruiting for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant on behalf of our team, based in Maidstone. This Permanent Recruitment Consultant opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:*Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle across office-based and business support roles
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the recruitment process
*Proactively sourcing candidates through advertising, networking, and database searching
*Conducting candidate interviews and managing offer processes
*Maintaining accurate CRM records, compliance documentation, and recruitment data
*Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times
About You:*Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Proactive, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple vacancies and priorities
*Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Salary & Working Pattern:*£26,000 – £35,000 per annum + uncapped commission
*37.5 hours per week
*Monday–Friday, office-based with some flexibility after probation
