Working hours for Sales Negotiator:
*Monday to Friday
*Alternate Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu)
Salary package on offer for the Sales Negotiator:
*Strong basic salary of £26,500
*Pool commission paid quarterly on top of basic salary

Key duties of the Sales Negotiator role will include:
*Registering new applicants and maintaining accurate client records
*Conducting accompanied residential property viewings with professionalism and confidence
*Managing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the sales process
*Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors to drive successful outcomes
*Providing excellent customer service and representing the agency to a high standard
Sales Negotiator requirements:
*Previous experience is preferred, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
*Strong knowledge of the local area (advantageous but not essential)
*Good Maths and English exam results
*A self-assured, professional manner
*Full Uk Driving licence
