Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide personalised support for students with a range of learning needs. Your role will be crucial in helping our pupils achieve their potential, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting individual or small groups of pupils with SEN in the classroom
Implementing personalised learning plans and interventions
Assisting with daily activities and promoting independence
Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teachers
Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or similar setting)
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
