Science Teacher - Secondary Schools in Southampton
Full-Time | September 2026 Start (or sooner for the right role)
Are you a Science Teacher considering a move for September 2026? Academics are actively building a strong pool of Science Teachers in Southampton ahead of permanent and long-term opportunities expected across local secondary schools.

As a Science Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across KS3-KS4 (with opportunities at KS5 in some schools). All science specialisms are welcome, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, and you’ll be supporting mixed-ability learners while contributing positively to department and whole-school life.
What We’re Looking For:
*Qualified Science Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
*Strong subject knowledge in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or General Science
*Commitment to inclusive, engaging teaching
*Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
