Job Description:
SEN Teaching Assistant Ashford Academics Canterbury are recruiting a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs at a supportive primary school in Ashford from September.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in inclusive education.
The role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:*Support pupils with additional needs in the classroom
*Work 1:1 and with small intervention groups
*Help implement individual support strategies
*Support behaviour and emotional development
*Work closely with teaching staff and SENCO
Requirements:*Experience supporting pupils with SEN preferred
*A patient and supportive approach
*Strong communication skills
*Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
*Right to work in the UK
