Job Description:
Sales Negotiator
Location – Chigwell
Basic salary - £22,000 OTE £40,000 – £45,000
Commission – 10% personal Commission
Bonus - 5 % on hitting Quarterly personal target
Own Car required (Car allowance £150)
Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales Negotiator, to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering Chigwell and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:
*Actively looking to exceed your KPI’s.
*Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
*Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing.
*Handle offers and negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to reach agreement
*Liaising with third Parties e.g. solicitors & surveyors to keep the sale moving
*Canvasing and prospecting new business.
*Uploading new properties onto the portals via the CRM
*Delivering incredible Service
*Taking Photos and videos of properties
*Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.
Skills
*Proven experience in Sales within an estate agency.
*Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
*Effective and efficient time management skills.
*Ability to use your own initiative and equally part of a team.
*Being a proactive communicator and managing expectations.
*Positive and professional attitude.
*Passionate about helping others and delivering solutions.
*Confident communicator with fantastic listening skills
*Enhanced communication skills to ensure engagement across the business
*Willingness to learn, improve and be better.
*Ability to remain calm under pressure
