Day-to-day of the role:
*Operate your branch with autonomy, treating it as your own business.
*Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
*List properties, provide expert advice to landlords, and ensure tenants have an exceptional experience.
*Keep abreast of market trends to establish yourself as the go-to local property expert.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in lettings with a strong track record of building relationships.
*Driven and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
*Passionate about people and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
*Strong work ethic, dedicated to the success of both your team and your own career.
*Full driving license is essential.
