The EMEA Payroll Specialist will manage payroll operations across the EMEA region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering accurate and timely payroll services. Description
*Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries within the EMEA region.
*Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labour laws in all payroll activities.
*Coordinate with internal teams to gather accurate payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
*Collaborate with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
*Prepare and review payroll reports, including tax filings and statutory submissions.
*Handle employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
*Support audits by providing necessary payroll documentation and reports.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll operations.
Profile
A successful EMEA Payroll Specialist should have:
*Proven experience in payroll management within the EMEA region.
*Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
*Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
