Description
*Support the Pharmacy Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
*Dispense prescriptions accurately and ensure compliance with all legal and professional requirements.
*Provide expert advice and support to customers regarding their healthcare needs.
*Lead and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver excellent customer service.
*Ensure the pharmacy meets all operational and performance targets.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient stock management processes.

Profile
A successful Deputy Pharmacist Manager should have:
*A degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

*Proven ability to manage a pharmacy team and support business goals.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
*Experience in a retail or healthcare environment is advantageous.
