Family Assessment Support Worker
BSN& Co are recruiting Family Assessment Support Workers for a residential assessment setting on a flexible temporary basis, with potential permanent opportunities.
Location: Redhill
Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends, and waking nights
Role Overview – Family Assessment Support Worker
As a Family Assessment Support Worker, you will support families within a residential setting, carrying out observations and contributing to formal assessments that inform safeguarding decisions.
Key Duties – Family Assessment Support Worker
*Observe and support parent-child interactions
*Record accurate daily notes and reports
*Work within a multi-disciplinary team
*Maintain a safe and supportive environment
*Follow safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries
Requirements – Family Assessment Support Worker
*6+ months experience in residential family support, social care, or similar
*DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
*Strong communication and observational skills
*Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
