Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Lettings Manager on behalf of our valued client, based in Kent. This Lettings Manager opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the wider team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:*Managing the full lettings process for a residential property portfolio, from instruction to move-in
*Overseeing day-to-day lettings administration, compliance checks, and tenancy documentation
*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal colleagues
*Coordinating property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy renewals
*Monitoring rental income, void periods, and market activity to support performance targets
*Maintaining accurate property records, CRM systems, and compliance documentation
*Supporting junior staff through guidance and workload coordination
*Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times
About You:*Previous experience in residential lettings, property management, or a similar customer-facing role
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional approach
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office and property or CRM systems
*Proactive, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a target-driven environment
*Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Salary & Working Pattern:*£30,000 – £38,000 per annum plus performance-related bonus
*42.5 hours per week
*Monday–Friday with alternate Saturday working (time off in lieu provided)
