Job Description:
Our client is a well-established electronics manufacturer and is looking for a Production Assembler to support board-level assembly and box build activities.
This role suits someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

8-12 week Temporary Assignment with an opportunity to go permanent
£13.50-£14 per hour
Monday- Thursday 7.30am-4pm. Friday 7.30am-1pm (37 hour week)

Job Description
*PCBA assembly including SMT and PTH soldering
*Cable assembly using crimp tools
*Electro-mechanical assembly
*Working from BOMs and technical drawings to meet required standards
*PCBA rework

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
*Knowledge or experience of IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards
*Competent in PTH/SMT soldering to at least IPC 610 Class 2
*Strong component recognition skills
*Experience working with fine-pitch components under a microscope
*Able to manage and prioritise workload effectively
*Inspection experience is an advantage but not essential
