The role of Deputy Pharmacy Manager in the retail industry within the healthcare department is a permanent position based in Thirsk - Yorkshire. This opportunity offers a chance to support project management efforts while driving key initiatives to support the organisation’s healthcare goals.

Description
*Support the planning and execution of healthcare projects in line with organisational goals.
*Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
*Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
*Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or challenges.
*Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements within the healthcare department.
*Maintain accurate documentation and records for all project activities.
*30 hours a week, part time each day working 6 hours over 5 days.
Profile
A successful Deputy Pharmacy Manager should have:
*GPhC registered and able to manage and support a team.
*Experience in working in a pharmacy.
*Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
*A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
*Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in the retail industry.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*A results-driven approach with attention to detail.
