Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Offboarding*Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new talent, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging introduction to the business.
*Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, building strong relationships and ensuring individuals feel supported from day one.
*Manage onboarding workflows and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
*Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring all steps are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with internal processes.
Talent Success & Relationship Management*Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of talent, providing ongoing support, guidance, and communication.
*Build and maintain strong relationships through regular check-ins and structured touchpoints.
*Ensure individuals have the tools, information, and support needed to succeed.
*Coordinate incoming requests and delegate actions to relevant internal teams.
*Proactively identify potential issues or concerns and resolve them before escalation.
*Provide additional logistical or operational support where required to enable talent performance.
Performance Management & Communication*Support ongoing performance management through regular updates, task coordination, and progress tracking.
*Maintain consistent communication, ensuring alignment between talent expectations and internal delivery requirements.
*Monitor engagement and satisfaction levels, taking action to improve retention and performance outcomes.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting*Act as the voice of external talent internally, sharing feedback, insights, and areas for improvement.
*Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
*Track and follow up on internal tasks to ensure timely completion.
*Provide regular reporting to leadership on sentiment, performance trends, and operational effectiveness.
