About the role:
As a Nurture Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, supported, and ready to learn. This may involve:
*Working 1:1 or with small groups of students
*Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
*Building strong, trusting relationships
*Assisting teachers in delivering engaging learning environments
