Recruitment Consultant – SENDBarnsley | £30,000 – £35,000 + commission
We are working with a highly respected education recruitment business in Barnsley who are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their SEND team.
This is a full-time, 360 recruitment role covering the SEND education sector, with an established desk to take over and a live contract already in place. There is strong existing activity, giving a solid platform to build from immediately.
The role includes:*Managing and developing a SEND recruitment desk
*Working with schools and SEND provisions across the region
*Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
*Developing long-term client relationships
*Driving new business and growing desk performance
The ideal candidate:*Experience in recruitment (education or SEND preferred)
*Or experience working within SEND schools/provisions looking to move into recruitment
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercial, proactive and target-driven approach
What’s on offer:*£30,000 – £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
