Are you an experienced IFA Administrator looking to join a supportive, client-focused financial planning team where your expertise really matters?
We’re recruiting for an IFA Administrator to provide high-quality support to Financial Advisers, playing a key role in delivering outstanding service to private clients. This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, collaboration, and attention to detail.
The Role
Working closely with advisers, you’ll ensure client records are accurate, reviews are fully prepared, and new business is processed smoothly. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients and providers, helping to always maintain excellent service standards.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing client review packs, valuations, and supporting documentation
*Maintaining accurate client and plan data across systems
*Liaising with product providers to obtain, chase, and validate information
*Processing new business, contributions, withdrawals, and transfers
*Producing client letters and reports using standard templates
*Handling client and provider enquiries by phone and email
*Supporting advisers with research materials, fund comparisons, and compliance checks
*Ensuring regulatory, compliance, and TCF standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
*12+ months’ experience in an IFA Administration role supporting advisers
*Strong understanding of the financial advice process
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator, written and verbal
*Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
*Comfortable working with financial systems and provider platforms
*A genuine desire to learn, develop, and take initiative
