Credit Control Administrator
The Company:

HMA Tax is part of K3 Advisory Group, a leading Advisory & Professional Services organisation owned by Private Equity firm Sun Capital Partners.
We are dedicated to fostering growth and excellence within our team, and we are now seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Credit Control Administrator to join our ranks as we grow throughout 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
You will proactively manage the accounts of all clients, ensuring timely payments are made within the contractual payment terms. You will be responsible for contacting customers to ensure payment is received in a timely fashion, building relationships and undertaking proactive credit control via phone & email.
*Updating systems with notes of all correspondence to/from Client.
*Allocation of payments received.
*Managing the credit control in-box (email).
*Preparing weekly debtors reports and circulating to Directors.
*Referring any payment queries to operational staff for resolution.
*Escalating all problematic issues to Credit Control Manager at Head Office.
*Building relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts.
Desired Experience:
*At least a few years’ experience in an Administrative role
*Some previous experience of Credit Control procedures is desirable but not essential.
*Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook advantageous.
*Good standard of communication skills, both written and verbally.
*Intermediate in Excel
*Strong organisation skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
