Technical Account Coordinator
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Technical Account Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team. You will bring your excellent communication skills, attention to detail and proactive approach to the role, ensuring the manufacturing processes we use to make our delicious Brioche products remain aligned with customer requirements.
Location/Contract Type: Milton Keynes / Site-based – Full Time / Permanent.

Key Responsibilities
*Build and nurture strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring seamless alignment with their strategic objectives and long-term business priorities
*Lead resolution of complex customer technical issues, managing expectations with professionalism and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
*Provide expert technical support to Sales teams, strengthening the commercial relationship and contributing to successful customer outcomes
*Collaborate closely with production teams across France and the UK, ensuring sites fully understand and apply customer Codes of Practice, standards and requirements
*Contribute to cross-functional projects across bakery sites, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
*Create and maintain high-quality specifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance, including artwork validation
*Analyse customer KPIs to identify trends and deviations, recommending and implementing effective corrective actions
*Coordinate consumer complaint investigations, ensuring root-cause analysis is completed and delivering clear, professional responses based on findings
*Support and lead customer accreditation, regulatory audits and customer visits, showcasing site capabilities and ensuring compliance with required standards
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant bakery regulations, food safety standards and compliance requirements
*Continuously develop technical and factory knowledge, staying aligned with evolving factory processes and customer requirements
About You
*Solid technical background, with experience in a hands-on technical role
*Food science degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong understanding of product quality and food manufacturing
*Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, able to build strong relationships at all levels across the business
*Methodical, organised and proactive, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
*Flexibility to travel occasionally to French sites
*Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, with a willingness to take on new challenges
*Intermediate French language skills would be a strong advantage, but are not essential
*Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks
*Confident using MS Office tools, with good IT literacy
