*Modern facilities: Access to an onsite gym (including a Peloton bike!), outside seating areas, and a subsidised canteen with a Starbucks station.
*Flexible working: Option to work from home one day per week once trained.
*Financial benefits: Competitive pension, private healthcare, and access to the Randstad app for discounts at major supermarkets, cinemas, and restaurants.
*Travel: Free on-site parking for all staff.
*Enhanced pay: Earn 1.75x overtime for Saturday shifts and additional enhanced rates for on-call segments.
Responsibilities:
*Patient onboarding: Making the vital first contact with patients to set up accounts and confirm healthcare details.
*Coordination: Arranging initial deliveries and checking in with patients to ensure their orders have arrived safely.
*Liaison: Acting as the bridge between patients, carers, GPs, and Healthcare Professionals to ensure a seamless service.
*Problem solving: Resolving queries via telephone and email with a focus on "Customer Excellence."
*Data management: Meticulously updating patient records and internal databases to track communication and prescriptions.
*On-call support: Participating in a fair, pre-planned rota to provide essential out-of-hours support (overnights and weekends) at an enhanced pay rate.
Your Essential Skills:
*Empathetic nature: You are patient, understanding, and genuinely care about improving the lives of others.
*Communication expert: You possess a professional telephone manner and clear written communication skills.
*IT proficient: Comfortable navigating databases and picking up new systems quickly.
*Customer-centric: Previous experience in a busy customer service environment is essential.
The Logistics:
*Reliability: You are comfortable with a rotating shift pattern and the requirement for on-call duties (roughly two overnights and one weekend segment per month).
*Location: Based in or near Maidenhead with a positive, proactive attitude.
