Supply Chain & Product Manager – Specialist LED Lighting
c£45,000 - £50,000 basic + bonus/ Hybrid (1–2 days office)
New role for this well established specialist LED bespoke manufacturer.
What You’ll Do
*Manage orders from placement to delivery, working closely with our established supply chain in China.
*Coordinate production, pricing, specifications, and logistics with manufacturing partners.
*Maintain and strengthen relationships with key accounts through regular communication and periodic site visits.
*Support multi-year technical projects, ensuring documentation, testing, and certification requirements are met.
*Translate customer needs into clear technical specifications and support the development of bespoke LED products.
*Work across niche markets
What You Bring
*At least three years’ experience in the LED lighting industry.
*Strong technical understanding of LED products and components.
*Background in product management, supply chain, or project management.
*Confident communicator who can build trust with clients and suppliers.
*Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a small, flexible team.
*Ability to work 1–2 days per week in the office, with occasional UK travel and one annual trip to China.
