Full-time, 37 hours per week

Grade B: Salary Range - £28,902 - £32,322 per annum
Location: Any of the Arts Council of Wales offices (Cardiff, Colwyn Bay or Carmarthen) with Hybrid Working

We are looking for two full-time Team Co-ordinators.
About this role
Team Co-ordinators play an important role in supporting the day-to-day work of the Arts Council of Wales. You’ll help teams stay organised, communicate clearly and deliver their work smoothly. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
- Co-ordinating emails, information and correspondence
- Managing diaries and appointments
- Organising and supporting meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact to support clear communication and co-ordination between teams.
- Supporting both day-to-day team activity and wider corporate projects
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for individuals that are organised, reliable and enjoy supporting others.
This role may suit you if you:
- Are excellent at planning and keeping things running smoothly
- Have experience providing administrative support in a busy environment
- Are confident using IT and digital systems
- Can prioritise tasks and work independently
- Can set up, maintain, and run efficient administrative systems and processes
- Communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people
Welsh language
We work in both English and Welsh.
Welsh language skills are essential for this role. You will need to be able to communicate in both English and Welsh in meetings, individually and in public. We welcome applications from individuals who want to increase their confidence and those who have learnt the language fluently.
