The RoleReporting to the Central Treasurer, the Finance Manager will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting in line with statutory and internal requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading month-end and year-end close processes
*Producing financial reports in line with UK GAAP / FRS 102
*Managing balance sheet integrity and internal controls
*Overseeing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
*Acting as the main contact for external audit
*Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Driving continuous improvement across finance processes
*Managing and developing the Accounts team
Candidate Profile*AAT qualified or above (or equivalent experience)
*Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards
*Proven experience in financial reporting and audit
*Experience managing month-end and year-end processes
*Strong understanding of AP/AR and payroll
*Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
*Strong leadership and stakeholder management ability
