Job Description:
We are working with a top-rate law firm in Norwich who are seeking a Fee-Earning Paralegal to join their Residential Conveyancing team on a full-time or part-time, permanent basis.
Are you a suitable candidate? To be successful, you will need at least 3 years’ experience working as a Residential Conveyancer / Paralegal. Additionally, you will require a law degree and very strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing protocols. You will also need to possess good case management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
Duties:
*Handling residential conveyancing matters from beginning to end.
*Drafting important legal documents.
*Preparing appropriate correspondence.
*Communicating with clients.
*Dealing with enquiries from the parties concerned.
*Carrying out searches.
*Organising transactions upon completion.
*Maintaining accurate case files.
