As a Management Accountant & Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:*Preparing monthly management accounts to trial balance, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
*Managing cashflow, banking, reconciliations, and invoice finance processes
*Overseeing sales and purchase ledger activity, credit control, and VAT returns
*Running payroll, pensions, and maintaining payroll controls
*Acting as the main point of contact for premises, utilities, and office suppliers
*Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of finance and office operations within a small business environment
As a Management Accountant & Office Manager, your experience will include:*Proven experience producing monthly management accounts
*Strong working knowledge of Sage or similar accounting software
*Experience managing cashflow, reconciliations, and balance sheet controls
*Payroll processing experience, including statutory payments and pensions
*Exposure to office management or facilities responsibilities
*A reliable, hands-on approach suited to a small, family-run business
