We are partnering with a forward-thinking business undergoing a significant data transformation, migrating from fragmented legacy reporting to a centralised Microsoft Fabric data platform.
With the data warehouse due to go live imminently, they are seeking a hands-on Power BI Developer to accelerate reporting and help the business realise tangible value from its data.
The RoleThis delivery-focused contract requires you to take ownership of the reporting layer as the new platform becomes operational.
Key Responsibilities:*Rebuild legacy Excel and system reports into modern, intuitive Power BI dashboards
*Create scalable semantic models and consistent reporting outputs
*Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure reports are clear, user-friendly, and widely adopted
*Support data mapping and migration activities as new systems go live
*Introduce structure and consistency to a previously fragmented reporting environment
Technical Environment*Power BI (core)

Candidate Profile*Strong end-to-end Power BI development experience
*Robust data modelling, DAX, and SQL skills
*Experience working within messy or legacy environments and improving reporting processes

*Confident in engaging with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical, usable outputs
