Your Key Duties
* Assist teachers and Early Years staff in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities
* Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children
* Support early development in communication, numeracy, literacy, and social skills
* Encourage independence and positive behaviour in young learners
What You’ll Need
* Experience in Early Years or childcare (desirable)
* Understanding of the Early Years Framework
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
* Registered with the Education Workforce Council (or prepared to complete registration)
