Complex Needs Support Assistant
Location: Wokingham
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Scale: £89.00 - £100.00 per day

A supportive and inclusive school in Wokingham is looking for a Complex Needs Support Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This role focuses on supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and learning challenges.
As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will:
*Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
*Assist pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
*Support communication and sensory needs
*Help implement structured routines and personalised strategies
*Work closely with teachers and specialist staff
*Maintain a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or vulnerable individuals and a genuine passion for supporting SEN. Knowledge of ASD and complex needs is highly advantageous.
