Are you an experienced operations leader looking to take ownership in a growing financial planning business?

You’ll work closely with the Company Directors to bring structure and consistency to the business, ensuring it can grow without compromising on client experience or quality.

*Improving workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency
*Embedding clear accountability and performance standards across the business
*Supporting capacity planning and ensuring the structure can support growth
*Acting as the key escalation point for operational matters
*Partnering with the Directors to deliver business objectives and growth plans
What we’re looking for
*Experience in operations and team leadership
*Background in a structured or high-performing environment
*Ability to create clarity, consistency, and improved ways of working
*Experience driving process improvements and team performance
*Confident decision-maker with a hands-on leadership style
*Experience within financial services or a regulated environment (preferred)
Candidates stepping up into this level will be considered if they’ve had meaningful exposure to operations and leadership
Benefits
*Bonuses linked to business performance
