Your new role
The successful candidate will:


*Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences for Reception-aged pupils.
*Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
*Support pupils’ social, emotional and academic development
*Use ongoing assessment to inform next steps in learning
*Work closely with teaching assistants, colleagues and parents to support pupil progress
What you’ll need to succeed
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching within EYFS, ideally in Reception
*A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and assessment practices
*A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach to teaching
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
