The Role - English Teacher
I am recruiting for a committed and resilient English Teacher to join their team from September. As an English Teacher, you will be teaching small classes of KS3-KS4 students, delivering a differentiated and engaging English curriculum tailored to individual needs. The successful English Teacher will focus on building students’ confidence in reading, writing, and communication, while also supporting their emotional development. You will use creative teaching strategies and strong behaviour management to engage students who may have previously struggled in mainstream education. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff, and external professionals to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
