Location – St Johns Wood
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
Our client islooking for a well presented, positive and articulate Sales Administrator/PA to join their Prestige office in St John’s Wood.
The role involves supporting the Sales Department and the Director, which is a busy role that requires a person who can multi-task, have a professional work ethic, good telephone manner and exceptional communication skills.
Some previous experience in a similar role is also essential and knowledge of Reapit preferable.
Duties
*Ensuring sales checklist is up to date
*Ensuring Money Laundering checks / ID on every instruction
*Writing property descriptions in agreed format to include all key selling points
*Letters
*Diary management / Arranging appointments
*Email Management
*Advertising and Marketing
*Phone calls
*Assist with new instructions and ensure property checklist is followed for all new instructions
*Liaising with clients
*Portal management - Featured properties
*Diarise/organise company social events
*Run the administration for the sales department
*Prepare and produce Instruction letters for sales properties
*Preparing and chasing terms of business
*Prepare all sales invoices
*Deal with IT queries
*Meet and greet clients
*Ordering photographs, floor plans and EPC’s
*Ensuring emails are responded to in a timely manner
*Prepare window cards and ensure window display is up to date
*Order general office supplies and make sure sufficiently stocked
*Scanning, photocopying and shredding
*Supporting and assisting the team with administrative duties when required
*Securing clients keys and maintaining the key register
*Ensure office is kept tidy
*Responding to queries and problems
Skills
*positive attitude and be highly organised
*excellent attention to detail.
*Highly organised
*Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are essential
*High level of written and spoken English and maths
*Experience in invoicing.
