Due to the nature of this sector, the role will be fully office based working.
Description
Working alongside a small team, the role of Learning and Development Business Partner is a fast-paced and varied role, partnering strategically with leadership to proactively support people development within this first-class organisation.
This will include but not limited to:
*Design and implement learning and development programmes aligned with organisational goals.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
*Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
*Provide expert guidance on employee development and career progression strategies.
*Lead the evolution of the Leadership and Management programmes
*Collaborate cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders and aligning development with business needs
*Support global development initiatives, occasionally travelling internationally to align and deliver programmes across regions.
Profile
A successful Learning and Development Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in learning and development - ideally within a similar fast-paced sector such as manufacturing, logistics, retail, hospitality
*Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
*Ideally experience of working within a large, global organisation
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
