The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing sports and lifestyle clothing and accessories brand which has gone from strength to strength as they diversify across a range of markets and their brand popularity soars. You will be supporting ambitious growth plans for 2026 and beyond.
This is a varied and hands-on role within a dynamic marketing team, offering the chance to work across both B2B and B2C activity. From social media and events through to PR, influencer partnerships and retail marketing, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and commercial performance.

*Salary: £30,000 + 3k bonus
*Hybrid: 2 days a week home working
*Driving licence required due to occasional industry events
Key Responsibilities
*Campaign planning & execution - Support the development and delivery of integrated B2B and B2C marketing plans, ensuring all channels and touchpoints are maximised
*Social media management - Manage and grow social media channels, driving brand awareness and engagement
*Events & activations - Lead on the planning and execution of major events, ensuring a high-quality brand presence at key industry exhibitions and festivals
*Email marketing - Support the creation and delivery of targeted email campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences
*Retail & POS marketing - Develop point of sale materials, promotional assets and catalogues to support dealer networks
*Content & creative - Proofread and manage the production of marketing materials, working with in-house designers and external partners
*PR & media relations - Build relationships with journalists and secure coverage across traditional and digital media channels
*Influencer & sponsorship management - Manage influencer partnerships and sponsorship activity to drive brand exposure
*Additional responsibilities – Including budget management, campaign performance tracking, and supplier management
About You
You will be a proactive and hands-on marketer who enjoys working across a wide range of activities. Its important that you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will therefore be essential.
Ideally you will have experience in product or brand marketing, with a good understanding of how different channels work together to deliver results across a mix of marketing channels (social, events, email, PR, retail/POS).
You will also be someone who takes ownership, brings energy to the team and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
