We are seeking a Principal Delivery & AI Practices Manager to champion agile excellence, embed AI enabled ways of working, and drive tangible business value across our UK IT function. This senior leadership role shapes how modern delivery, Human-AI collaboration, and continuous improvement accelerate outcomes for our customers, clients, and colleagues.

This role can be based at any of our UK offices, with travel to meet internal stakeholders as required and the flexibility to work from home.
What you’ll do:
* Embed and evolve Intrum’s Project Model and Agile Product Delivery Model to drive measurable business value.

* Integrate AI practices into delivery workflows including planning, estimation, risk management, and quality gates.

* Coach and mentor delivery professionals to uplift agile maturity and Human-AI collaboration capability.

* Facilitate retrospectives, feedback loops, and improvement forums to strengthen delivery performance.

* Partner with Engineering, Data, Product Strategy, and Commercial teams to accelerate velocity and remove impediments.

* Ensure delivery practices meet FCA Consumer Duty, UK GDPR, ethical AI, and governance standards.

* Maintain and develop scalable delivery patterns, toolkits, and metrics that support consistent excellence.

* Devoted to the FCA principle of Consumer Duty; by ensuring we are driving good customer outcomes across all aspects of services that have potential to impact on our customers.

What you bring:
* Senior-level experience in delivery management, agile & digital transformation, or AI enabled programme delivery.

* Proven success implementing modern delivery approaches in a regulated financial services environment.

* Strong capability in integrating AI into delivery processes and enabling Human-AI collaboration.

* Track record of coaching and developing delivery teams to improve capability and performance.

* Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks including FCA Consumer Duty and UK GDPR.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels.

* Skilled with modern delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) and AI assisted planning technologies.
